Zheyi Training Institute (from now on “Zheyi”), founded in 2013 in Futian District, Shenzhen, commits itself to promote coffee and café culture not only in Shenzhen but also in China. Zheyi is dedicated to becoming the frontier that helps people understand coffee and café culture and to being the incubator for professionals.
The instructors in Zheyi have extensive working experience in coffee making/roasting, culinary arts, and baking, and they design the courses by integrating their working experience, and industry standard and trends. Zheyi also has advanced and well-equipped classrooms forpractical teaching and hands-on learning experience. With complete curriculum setting, from theory to practice, Zheyi provides the students with a comprehensive, thorough and immersive training experience that helps transform them from amateurs to experts.
Zheyi is currently composed of four different modules, including coffee making/roasting, culinary arts, baking, and western food and wine pairing/dining etiquette. To provide our students with more flexibility, Zheyi now offers both weekday and weekend class schedules. For those who would like to start their own business, Zheyi offers additional entrepreneurship courses covering coffee making/roasting equipment, raw coffee beans, coffee shop design, and coffee shop operations management.
“I am professional because I am personal”! Most of Zheyi staff were once students of Zheyi out of their passion for coffee, food, baking or wine and then chose to stay in and grow with Zheyi. We invite like-minded people to join Zheyi, to inspire and motivate each other and to bring coffee and cafe culture to every singlcity.Let coffee and café become a way of life; let the idea of having a small coffee shop not merely anidea anymore; and let people believe that baristas, chefs and bakers are not professions beyond reach.
